Incendia EX for the magical objects (mostly dmaps), with every baseshape with the neon shader enabled..
The Incantation..well, I love to play fantasy games, and since graphics and magics has a lot in common (for example, both end with "ics"), it was easy..
For those who want to see the fractal:The rotating circle is actually a copy of the main circle. It also has a smaller rotating circle that mirrors the main one and so on.. until they merge into the white point

I like your diagram. But I have a question. I'm exactly trying to steal your artwork but for some strange reason everything time when I save this artwork/gif work of yours, it does save as a gif file but the clip of it still keeps appearing as plain black and nothing on the gif file. So why isn't it working?
